Nanivolt
Nanivolt helps individuals, businesses, schools and organizations prove that their digital files remain authentic through secure cryptographic verification.
Digital files are exchanged every second. Contracts. Certificates. Research. Reports. Images. Financial documents.
Unfortunately, digital files can be edited, recreated, compressed or manipulated in ways that are difficult to detect with the human eye.
Nanivolt was created to solve this problem. Instead of relying on visual comparison, Nanivolt generates a unique cryptographic fingerprint for every vaulted file.
During verification, Nanivolt compares the uploaded file against its original fingerprint to determine whether the file is exactly the same as the one that was originally vaulted.
Securely vault important digital files. Nanivolt records a cryptographic fingerprint that uniquely represents the exact contents of your original file. Extracted document text is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM â your document contents are never stored in plain text.
Upload a file at any time to confirm whether it is identical to the original vaulted file.
Share documents with confidence knowing others can independently verify that the file has not been altered.
Our mission is to make digital file integrity simple, secure and accessible for everyone.
We believe trust should be backed by proof, not assumptions.
We envision a future where every important digital file can be shared with confidence, knowing its integrity can be independently verified anywhere in the world.
Protect certificates, transcripts, assignments, dissertations and academic records.
Secure contracts, invoices, proposals, financial documents and business reports.
Protect medical documents, laboratory reports and healthcare records.
Preserve the originality of digital media, artwork, photographs and creative assets.
Secure official records, internal documents, compliance files and sensitive information.
Protect source files, software releases, technical documentation and project archives.
Nanivolt uses SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprinting as its primary integrity check. For image files, Nanivolt also uses perceptual fingerprinting (pHash) to detect visual similarity even when the file has been compressed or re-exported.
Any modification to a file changes its SHA-256 fingerprint. For images, Nanivolt will additionally report the visual similarity percentage so you can understand whether the content appears the same even if the file was compressed.
Nanivolt does not judge whether a document is truthful, legally valid or factually correct. Our responsibility is to verify whether the uploaded file is cryptographically identical to the original file that was vaulted.
